The report shows the date the customer was initially registered into VetServe as well as the most recent modified date. This report is useful to review the completeness of customer information registered within VetServe.
This report shows a list of all animals registered in VetServe. The report shows the date the animal was initially registered into VetServe as well as the most recent modified date.
This report shows a list of all animals registered in VetServe who are actively receiving prescriptions. The report shows the date the prescription was initially registered into VetServe as well as the most recent modified date of the prescription.
This report shows a list of all animals registered in VetServe as young animals. The report includes the animal’s birthdate and is a useful report to identify and manage young animals. When a young animal reaches six months of age, the animal’s programme is required to be updated to a mature animal programme.
This report shows a list of all animals registered in VetServe as suspended animals. When there is a ‘Suspended until’ date populated in this report, on that date the suspended animal will be automatically reactivated into the VetServe programme. Where no ‘Suspended until’ date displays then the animal is suspended indefinitely until further action is taken to reactivate the animal into the programme.
This report shows a list of all animals registered in VetServe as Archived animals. The Archived status in this report identifies if the animal was deceased, sold or other. When the status of ‘Other’ has been selected notes are available to advise the reason for archive.
This report shows a list of all prescriptions in VetServe which have been archived. The report shows the date the prescription was initially registered into VetServe as well as the date the prescription was archived.
